Hello everyone,

I would like to start out by saying sorry that I did not do more with this blog and the Fireworks PodCast. It was truly amazing how much time was required to post and record a PodCast.

As many of you know by now the acquisition of Macromedia by Adobe Systems completed on December 3rd. Due to the acquisition and the subsequent restructuring, I have found myself now unemployed.

It was an amazing 11 year ride with Macromedia and will be missed greatly.

众所周知，MM被Adobe收购了，其官方网站的MM标志也不见了，取而代之的是 Adobe 的LOGO，MM被收购后业务需要进行调整，这位老兄说自己失业了，看来ADOBE是要把FW灭掉了，一山难容二虎啊。

另外听说MM的 DreamWeaver 也许会被ADOBE的 GoLive  所取代，最近我在机器上安装了 Golive CS2，实在不习惯使用这个软件，不过 Golive CS2 对于现在网页设计的新标准 DIV+CSS 支持的比较好，而 DW 的支持较弱，如今 MM 被收购，又是个一山二虎，不知道 MM 的未来将会何去何从。

幸好图像处理方面我一直坚持使用的PS，从来没用过FW，否则今天要重新学习PS了，万幸万幸～～～
